How Involved Can I Be?
You can be as involved as you would like to be. If you wish, we can manage the entire project – keeping you up to date with progress regularly, of course. Many clients and investors are based remotely and we send regular updates to keep them informed. Or, if you prefer to be more involved and hands-on, that’s fine too.

Dean’s 3 Top Tips for Renovating a Property:
1. Look into any planning restrictions before you start. Delays at the beginning can be frustrating – but not nearly as frustrating as having to re-do or un-do work later on!
2. Start at the top and work down. A leaking roof can ruin all your hard work down below – so ensure you get that fixed first.
3. Plan your project thoroughly or hire a project manager. Renovation works need to happen in a certain order – eg electrics before plastering, and careful planning can avoid wasted time and tradesman hours.
