Dean’s Top Tips for Bathrooms!

1. If you are considering fitting a new bathroom, don’t forget about underfloor heating. The bathroom can be the ideal room for this – no more cold feet!

2. If you decide to use floor tiles, never tile straight on to floorboards. Always add a layer of plywood first.

3. Damp can be a problem in bathrooms, especially in the winter months. An extractor fan can be a good investment, especially one that is connected to a timer to continue after the light has been switched off.
